Wendy provides research services for ema consultancy and in particular manages our extensive remuneration database and identifies high calibre candidates for our non- executive and executive search.

With more than 20 years administration and secretarial experience, the majority of which were within human resources, Wendy’s previous experience along with her methodical and thorough approach provides clients with high level research services.

Wendy has worked across various sectors, including the private and public sector. She has worked for large multi-national businesses, along with small new start-up businesses where she has been responsible for putting structures and procedures in place and setting up HR systems.
