You will be part of our Executive Leadership Team, playing a visible and involved role in setting the strategic direction of the organisation, modelling our values and enabling our staff to fulfil our commitment to great customer service.

The Change & Innovation role will lead across the end‑to‑end change portfolio, overseeing ICT and Data & Insight, and establish robust standards and frameworks for effective delivery and decision‑making.

This role is home based with the requirement to travel across emh schemes and offices as required.
