You will be part of our Executive Leadership Team, playing a visible and involved role in setting the strategic direction of the organisation, modelling our values and enabling our staff to fulfil our commitment to great customer service.
The People & Strategy role will lead across People, Culture, Communications, Health and Safety, and Corporate Strategy, ensuring that these functions are aligned to corporate priorities and combine to support great outcomes for colleagues, customers and communities.
This role is home based with the requirement to travel across emh schemes and offices as required.
