Waste Not Want Not, the successful furniture recycling charity is looking for new trustees to join the board.
What you bring – whatever your background, your skills are wanted. This includes customer support, shop knowledge, working with people, recycling, training, fundraising, marketing, finance, admin, delivering goods or just local knowledge.
What you get – experience of joining a friendly board, sharing ideas that make a difference locally, understanding how a charity can improve people’s quality of life, personal development
What’s involved – the Board meets every 2 months, usually on a Wed at 5pm
Your support is up to you if you have the time:
How: come and see for yourself: speak with our manager, Phil Reade and you could attend one of our meetings as an observer to see if this is for you

We also help to reduce landfill by around 70 tonnes per year.
