ema consultancy delivers HR & Recruitment services to clients across the UK, working predominantly with housing associations, charities and private sector organisations. Our business is all about people. Our clients value our expertise and integrity, and our proven ability to add value to what they do. Our reputation in our marketplace is excellent – founded on our commitment to delivering what we promise, and our ability to foster long-term partnerships.
Supporting our clients in developing pay, reward, recognition and benefits strategies, is a growing part of our business. We help our clients to develop competitive rewards packages that are closely
aligned with their business needs and enable them to attract and retain talented people.
To meet the growing demand for our services, we now have an opportunity for an experienced Pay & Reward Specialist to be part of our team. We’re looking for someone who can engage at a strategic level and come up with innovative approaches to new business solutions that embrace new models of working and hybrid workplaces. You’ll need to show that you have a breadth of understanding across the full spectrum of this work – so as well as undertaking annual salary and benefits benchmarking, you should also be able to understand and facilitate job evaluation schemes and develop frameworks for performance management.
You’ll get involved in developing job families, pay structures and bonus schemes and bring an innovative approach to advising clients on how to present a compelling offer to the best talent in
their sector. As well as delivering on specific client assignments, there will also be the opportunity to undertake sector wide research and contribute to thought leadership in our key sectors, leading
on the development of our annually published pay and reward survey.
You’ll need great communication skills – which will be evident in your ability to convey complex information in high quality reports and in your presentation style. You will need to have experience working with discretion at Board / Executive level and it’s also important that you can bring a keen appreciation of the need to balance working independently with being part of a wider team.
We are open to different models of employment for this role. So whether you are interested in a full-time or part-time opportunity, or if you are interested in working through an associate model, get in touch to discuss.
