ema consultancy delivers a wide range of services to clients across the UK, with a particular emphasis on the social housing sector. We help our clients to attract, retain and develop talented people and to ensure that their organisations are great places to work, with effective models of governance underpinning high quality outcomes for their customers.
Our business is all about people. Our clients value our expertise and integrity, and our proven ability to add value to what they do. Our reputation in our marketplace is excellent – founded on our commitment to delivering what we promise, and our ability to foster long-term partnerships. We don’t do off-the-shelf: every assignment is different and we tailor our approach to each client’s individual needs.
To meet growing demand for our services, we are now keen to engage with experienced HR professionals who can work with us as a Consultant or Associate. We’re interested in working with people who can bring in-depth knowledge of some of our main areas of work:
You should be CIPD qualified and we’d ideally like to hear from people qualified in psychometric assessments such as Wave. You’ll need to bring current knowledge of HR practice and legislation, and be committed to keeping your professional knowledge up-to-date. Credible and persuasive at a senior level, you’ll be able to win confidence and trust quickly, and you’ll pride yourself on living up to this. It’s important that you can be self-sufficient in your work, getting the small details right as well as engaging at a strategic level.
A flexible approach will be vital, and you should be confident in your ability to contribute in a range of different settings, and in different aspects of HR. And you should bring a keen appreciation of the need to balance working independently with being part of a wider team.
