A varied and hugely interesting role, you will lead our Housing and Customer Services teams in Birmingham and Shropshire with the overarching aim of working with our tenants to manage and sustain their tenancies.
Whilst place-shaping is an integral part of this exciting role, you will need to be equally skilled at successfully managing and building relationships with customers to ensure that they can and are fully involved in shaping services.
