Head of Customer Service

We are seeking a new Head of Customer Service, who will work collaboratively with colleagues across the business to ensure that we deliver sector leading performance and customer satisfaction in Shared Ownership and PRS management, and ensure that we meet our statutory and regulatory obligations at all times.

You will be an inspirational leader, with significant experience working in a customer facing role, and of driving increases to customer satisfaction. If you’ve worked in housing then that would be great, but is not essential.

We operate across the country, and have ambitions to grow to become the largest provider of Shared Ownership homes over the coming five years.
